Terms of Use

Clear rules about what this site is, who it is for, and what is expected from anyone using it — including the limitations of the Artificial Intelligence used in the content.

1. About this site

marciomacedo.ia.br is a personal site maintained by Márcio Macedo, with content about Artificial Intelligence: tutorials, prompts, usage examples, tools, and an educational module ("Education"). By using this site, you agree to these Terms of Use.

2. Educational and informational purpose

The content has an educational and informational purpose regarding the use of Artificial Intelligence. It does not replace professional guidance (medical, legal, financial, psychological, or formal pedagogical guidance).

3. Free access

Access to the content published on this site is free. There is no charge to read tutorials, prompts, examples, or the content of the Education module.

4. No registration required

It is not necessary to create an account, profile, or login to access the public content of this site.

5. Audience

The site is intended for the general public interested in Artificial Intelligence: students, teachers, guardians, professionals, and small businesses. The Education module is designed for supervised school use.

6. Use by minors with guidance

Use by children and adolescents should occur under the guidance of a teacher or legal guardian, especially in the Education module and when using external AI tools suggested in the prompts.

7–8. Limitations of Artificial Intelligence and duty to verify

Content and prompt suggestions on this site may have been produced with the support of Artificial Intelligence. AI can make mistakes, generate incomplete or outdated information, or produce references that do not exist. It is the responsibility of anyone using the site to verify important information with reliable sources before making decisions based on it, especially on topics such as health, safety, finance, or law.

This does not mean the site "bears no responsibility under any circumstance" — see item 19 on reasonable limitations.

9. Practical activities and supervision

Practical activities suggested in the Education module (experiments, handling of materials, objects, or tools) must be authorized in advance and supervised in person by a teacher, legal guardian, or another capable adult. Students should not improvise materials, alter procedures, or carry out the activity alone.

10. Prohibited uses

By using this site, you agree not to:

  • Use the content for illegal or fraudulent purposes, or purposes that violate the rights of third parties.
  • Attempt to access restricted areas, interfere with the technical operation of the site, or perform unauthorized reverse engineering.
  • Reproduce the site's content in full elsewhere without crediting the source, where copyright law applies.
  • Submit personal data of children or adolescents in any channel of the site or in external tools it suggests.
  • Use the Education module to publish student content without authorization from the legal guardian.

11. Intellectual property

Original text, structure, and visual identity of this site belong to its owner, unless otherwise stated. Excerpts may be quoted with source attribution, within the limits of copyright law.

12. User authorship

The site does not claim ownership of text, answers, or work you produce when using prompts suggested here in external AI tools. The authorship of student work is preserved and distinguished from the AI's contribution, in accordance with the Educational Safety Policy.

14. External links

Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. This site does not control and is not responsible for the content or practices of those external sites.

16. Accessibility

The site aims to follow WCAG 2.2 level AA as a technical reference, as detailed on the Accessibility page (currently available in Portuguese only). Accessibility is an ongoing process.

Error correction

17. Error reporting

Content errors, broken links, or accessibility or privacy issues can be reported once a contact channel is available — see the pending item recorded in the Privacy Policy and the correction channel (currently no confirmed public channel).

18. Availability and changes

The site may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance and may have its content, structure, or these Terms changed at any time, without individual prior notice. The last-updated date is always shown at the top of this page.

19. Reasonable limitations of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site is provided "as is," with reasonable effort toward accuracy and editorial care, but without a guarantee that all content is always up to date or free of errors — including because it partly relies on AI-assisted content. This does not mean an absolute absence of liability under any circumstance; it means users must exercise their own judgment and verify relevant information, and that proven errors can and should be corrected (see item 17).

20. Applicable law

This site is maintained in Brazil, and these Terms were prepared with Brazilian law as the primary reference, including Brazil's Consumer Protection Code (Código de Defesa do Consumidor), the General Data Protection Law (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados — LGPD), the Child and Adolescent Statute (Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente — ECA), and the Brazilian Civil Rights Framework for the Internet (Marco Civil da Internet), to the extent applicable to a free content site without registration.

If you are accessing this site from outside Brazil, you may also be subject to the laws of your own country or region. This section does not state or imply that foreign laws do not apply to you — it only explains which legal framework this site itself was built around.

21–22. Last-updated date and contact

Last updated: July 29, 2026.

Internal pending item A valid contact channel for questions about these Terms is not yet published. See the Contact page (currently available in Portuguese only) for the current status.
